Our young professional clients inherited their garden when they bought their current home, our criteria was to design and built a modern contemporary outdoor space for them to entertain and relax in with minimal maintenance.
We used single sized natural stone paving and composite decking in a contemporary grey colour, we screened off the shed with Scottish Larch timber so they still had that all important storage space but it became integrated into the space.
The pergola in Scottish Larch gives an element of privacy and shade and distracts from the very tall garage built on their boundary.
We agreed on a purple & pink planting scheme and went for a mature yet low maintenance scheme.
We arranged fabrication of the bespoke stainless steel fire pit which we sunk into the deck, the stainless steel trims fabricated around the base of the Box balls in the corners of the lawn bring these together.
We have also installed stainless steel lighting in the deck and within the two beds either side of the garden so it can be used in summer evenings as an outdoor room.
